Casa Lavanda is a luxury villa in
Passignano sul Trasimeno, Umbria, Italy.
The villa has a beautifull view of the lake Trasimeno.
In the fenced garden you find a infinity oxygen pool and a Jacuzzi. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all together for 6 persons. There is enough parkingspace.
The villa offers an eco-friendly environment and accomodation. In 2025 we only rent out the Master bedroom on the first floor,
with ensuite bathroom and terrace.
We also are living in the house on the groundfloor
with our 4 lovely dogs.
